Plunet Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Process

The Plunet 2FA process is an additional layer of security that provides secure access to your Plunet account.

?How does it works

After logging into Plunet, you will see the following screen:

Go to the email account on file and search for the message Your Plunet Authentication Key:

* This code is for illustration purposes only.

Copy the code from the email message and paste it in the Security code field and click Confirm security code.

Plunet 2FA is mandatory in each log in.
The code sent by email is valid for 15 minutes only. Click Resend e-mail in order to get a new code.
To avoid the need for an authentication key message each time you log in – do not log off Plunet or close the browser until you finished your work.
If you do not find the email in your inbox, search in your spam or junk folders.
Make sure to add the sender's email address to your 'safe senders' list to avoid misplaced authentication messages.
